Search preferences: budget, areas and type of property you are looking for, so we can send you relevant listings.
Call summaries: if you speak with our AI voice assistant, a summary of the conversation may be stored to help our team assist you.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) used only for security and statistics.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiries and arrange viewings.
To send you properties that match your search, if you ask us to.
To manage the purchase, sale or rental process you have requested.

We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not send marketing communications without your consent.

4. Legal basis and third parties

We process your data to take steps at your request before a contract (pre-contractual measures) and to comply with legal obligations. Your data may be handled by service providers we rely on to operate this website: ElevenLabs (voice assistant), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), Google (fonts/analytics) and our hosting and email providers. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
